The cocktail itself is made with Goslings Black Seal Rum, Coca-Cola, and a house made cherry liqueur that is a blend of several famous spirits infused with star anise and cinnamon. The finished product is well balanced and not too sweet with pronounced vanilla, cinnamon, and cherry flavors… Something wintery but also capable of conjuring up old timey soda fountain nostalgia.
